- No Refunds After Contract Signing: Once contracts for services have been signed, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in the contract or in cases where a breach of contract occurs due to the fault of Bill Me Consulting LLC.
- Breach of Contract: In the event of a breach of contract by Bill Me Consulting LLC, where the breach is determined to be due to the fault of the company, clients may be eligible for a refund of fees paid for the affected services.
- Timely Provision of Information: Clients are responsible for providing any necessary information or materials requested by Bill Me Consulting LLC to perform the agreed-upon services. Failure to provide such information in a timely manner does not constitute fault on the part of the company, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Refund Process: Clients seeking a refund must submit a written request detailing the reason for the refund along with any supporting documentation. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions regarding refunds will be at the discretion of Bill Me Consulting LLC.
